Axis Group Ireland are delighted to expand our relationship with Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) with the mobilisation of Enniscorthy Primary Care Centre. Enniscorthy is a state of the art purpose-built facility. The 50,000sq ft building will provide services from the HSE, Tusla and GP Dr Mairead Kelly. These services will include a pharmacy and an ancillary medical unit. The centre also boasts 150 free car spaces, electrical vehicle parking points, and dedicated age-friendly and family spaces. It is highly energy-efficient, being one of the latest Near Zero Energy Buildings (Nzeb).

As we continue to expand our portfolio with Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP), we are proud to mobilise facilities & property management of this 12,000 sqft Primary Care Centre facility in Shankhill, Co. Dublin.

The tenants include The Health Service Executive (HSE) & Shankill Surgery and this marks the 14th Primary Care Centre under our management with many more in the pipeline for 2021 & beyond we expect a busy year ahead for healthcare under our Technical Services division.

We have recently commenced on-site and the facility will accommodate the HSE, TUSLA the child and family agency, Dr Mairead Kelly / Mill Park Medical Centre and a Pharmacy. Further expanding our relationship with Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP), recently we reached practical completion at Banagher Primary Care. With the HSE, Banagher Family Practice, and Banagher Total Health Pharmacy in the process of moving in; this c.20,000 square foot facility enables the provision of primary care services in a wonderful environment. Welcome Garlin Group as a new client of Axis Group. The first property to be added to our expanding healthcare portfolio is Baltinglass Primary Care, Co. Wicklow. In recent weeks our Technical Services department has been mobilising the latest Primary Care Centre added to our FM portfolio. Mullingar Primary Care Centre opened in 2016 and at circa 65,000 sqft, this midlands site is home to a wide range of HSE services along with Tusla, 2 GP practices, a Pharmacy, Civil Registration and a Cafe.
